A year in review

It's been a year with a lot of interesting events and milestones for me- for example:

1) Returning from a full time LDS mission to Santiago Chile.
2) Entering university for the first time... with all the worry and opportunity that implies.
3) Flying a gyro-copter on multiple occasions.
4)Actually writing a story series for the first time!

There are others, of course, some good, some not-so-good, but looking back on this last year, the most prominent feeling that I have is gratitude. Gratitude for parents who give me so much support (ironically, not one of my family members has read my stuff. *shrug*), gratitude for having the chance to continue my education, and most of all, gratitude towards a loving Heavenly Father who is patient with me despite all of my imperfections and doubts. I feel His influence in my life in so many ways, guiding, aiding, and uplifting. It makes me want to do the same for those who are around me. I know that He will do the same for each and every one of you, if you just ask!
